This long exposure photo was taken at Fairy Lake on Vancouver Island which is about 5 miles east of Port Renfrew using my Sony RX10 IV with an ND 9 stop filter. When I stood at the side of the lake staring at this beautiful Douglas Fir tree which is also referred to as the "Bonsai" tree, I felt peaceful and wanted to capture my feelings in this photo. "Bonsai, in general, symbolize harmony, peace, order of thoughts, balance and all that is good in nature." This photo is dedicated in memory of my daughter, Hayley.

Lifeguard Kew Beach print

We love Rob and Karen Photography’s distinct style, and the variety of prints in their collection. Perfect Match

I ordered the the print “Time To Relax on the pillow and the canvas to match for a spare bedroom. I wanted to create calm in that bedroom . This picture was taken on Vancouver Island and is a favourite spot - calm and serene. The image quality on both is amazing. I have had many compliments and I plan to order more for Christmas gifts. I also plan to order Sherringham Lighthouse on a canvas to complement the “Blue Chair”. Highly recommend. Check out all the images. You can’t go wrong!
