Rob and Karen Photography will not rent, sell or exchange your name or any other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for their marketing purposes. Please note our company does have to provide your personal information to reputable organizations that help us to fulfill  your order. Example, we will use companies to verify and process credit card transactions and to deliver packages such as PayPal Secure Credit Card processing  and Canada Post, UPS, Purolator courier or other companies for the sole purpose of delivery.

We may share your information with others who help us analyze sales data and maintain our records; this type of information sharing is done in-house and does not leave our company.

Discloser of any company information would only occur in the event of a court ordered subpoenas that would require us to disclose your personal information to third party if necessary to comply with applicable laws.
