Majestic Bond

Day 6 of our trip to Victoria it was very cool, and the cloud cover was very low on the horizon.  I had to stop when I saw the contrast of light between the cloud cover over the land and trees.  The movement of the low clouds that framed the lower section of the mountain made it look like it was moving toward us like it was going to float right over top of the tree line.  We had just heard on the radio that Fernie BC was to receive a significant amount of snowfall that evening.  That was our destination to end day 6 so we wanted to beat the snowstorm to Fernie and keep our finger crossed for a beautiful snowy morning.  I hope you enjoy this image!
