Monument Valley

In January, 2024 we explored the beauty of Monument Valley on the Arizona-Utah border.  Monument Valley is known for its towering red sandstone buttes and sore 400 to 1000 feet tall. We experienced the breathtaking views of Monument Valley while driving through the scenic and famous Valley Drive which is a 17-mile loop. 

The park holds a piece of Hollywood history, where western movies by John Ford and John Wayne were made.
