Port Dover Lighthouse After the Storm

On a beautiful sunny day in August 2022 we decided to go for a drive from Waterloo, Ontario to photograph the Port Dover Lighthouse.  The sun and puffy clouds that day we thought would be great for photographs and for Rob to do some time-lapse photography.   Well, we were not expecting a storm to pass through while we were there.  The storm came in fast and furious and the sky turned dark, with strong winds and heaving rain so we had to seek shelter and wait it out.  Once the rain had stopped, the ominous feeling the sky left created such a great backdrop for this photograph of the Port Dover Lighthouse.
